The mash tun will be supplied with a stabilisation bracket and a short piece of stainless steel chain, it is up to the purchaser to secure the mash tun so it could not be in a position to fall over or overbalance.
This brewery needs to be installed on a reasonably flat floor.
A water supply will be required via a standard garden hose with standard a garden push fit fittings, 2 lengths of hose will be required.
The mash tun is a simple infusion (single temperature) system it is not RIMS or PIMS or HERMS, it does not have a rake and there is no facility to raise the temperature in the mash tun easily, if you think this is essential to produce quality beer then it’s about time you had a reality check and started to learn how to brew great beer properly, using good quality ingredients with a system that can give you significantly more control over the final flavour profile of the beer. Systems that were originally designed hundreds of years ago to maximise extract from (traditionally) of crap 6 row barley should never be considered to be essential. Quality beer starts with quality malt that will yield quality wort. Maximisation of extract should never be the aim for Outstanding Brewers.
